  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used lighting fixtures

  • Products damaged during customer handling or installation

  • Clearance, promotional, or custom-made lighting products

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives broken, defective, or incomplete:

  • Email info@glowcraftlighting.store within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the product is returned and inspected.

  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash: refund directly to the account used.

  • COD orders: refund processed through EasyPaisa or JazzCash after confirmation.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the error is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we cover shipping.

  • If returned for personal reasons, shipping charges are borne by the customer.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible if the product is available in stock.

  • If unavailable, customers may opt for a refund or store credit.

7. Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo thorough quality inspection. Refunds or replacements are processed only after approval.
