6. Fragile Product Disclaimer
GlowCraft Lighting sells fragile items such as glass and crystal chandeliers. While we pack securely, we are not responsible for damages due to improper unpacking or installation by the customer.
7. Installation Responsibility
GlowCraft does not offer installation services. Customers are responsible for hiring qualified electricians or installers. Improper installation voids any warranty or return claims.
